                                  Philadelphia Augt. 28. 1793
Dear Sir,
    I pray you to receive and communicate the enclosed answer to the address which you were pleased to forward to me through the channel of Messers Randolph & Jefferson. – Suffer me, at the same time, to embrace the occasion which it presents, as of assuring you of the Sincere esteem & regard with which I have the honor to be D. Sir,
