LAST Monday being the Feast of St. Andrew , which is the Time appointed by the Charter of this City for electing a Mayor, JAMES COOKE, Esquire, was Chosen into that Office for the ensuring Year. At that same Time Doctor JAMES BLAIR was made an Alderman (in the Room of George Wythe, Esquire, resigned) and Mrs. JOHN DIXON one of the Common Council.
