George Wythe is listed as a subscriber in the atlas volume (volume 6). Thomas Jefferson inherited Wythe's copy and noted it in the Jefferson Inventory of Wythe's Library as Marshall's Life of Washington. 4.v. 8vo. Jefferson gave it to his son-in-law, Thomas Mann Randolph.
